That may be so , but orders are continued to be filled so that would indicate that she or someone else is manning the ship. With that being said I would think if something needed to be announced they would announce it.   Anyway.. I guess things are the way they are until things change.

Personally I would would build the shelving and shop around for the best deal on lights. I am cheap plus I like building stuff. I would do whatever you are comfortable doing.
