    Wow Brother lived in OB for 6 years surfed the pier and dog beach all the time lived right up the road from the center of town. Shaped boards for a local surfer right in front of the beach. Man do i miss those days :)

    Jumping in late but they work great in ferments or any sauces . But i do use them for most of my ferments with no problems.  :)

    Thanks CtC  :)  No i use my grinder with the large die gives nice size chunks. But have used my processor and bump it to get a nice dice. Really helps with your finished product.  You've got the bug and your stuff looks great !! So when will those baby's be ready.  Cabbage trick works great...
