  Drumsticks and leg quarters are regularly less than $0.50/lb here in the "Ethnic" supermarkets.    So I shop there, even though I lack "ethnicity".    Awesome entries!! Can't wait to see more finished plates!! Good times!

I've been adding some water to the recipe to drown out the vinegar a little.  It's always different. Depending what I have on hand. Sometimes I chop it up fine, sometimes, not, sometimes peas, Good stuff.   This is a crowd pleaser, for sure.
