How much perlite did you use for the substrate?   What proportions of elements did you use for germinating soil?

  Did you reuse the substrate?   In many videos I saw cut the stained leaves like that because they are mushrooms ... sweet peppers growers prefer to sacrifice a few leaves before the plant dies
