I did. They don't taste bad to me, but they cannot compare to my yellow 7 pots. The Scotch bonnet MoA even tastes crappy compared to them. I think I've gotten really spoiled with my yellow 7 pots, lol.
I use an LED Ultra Aerogarden as well. I just place the seeds on top of the sponge (I don't bury them) and leave the humanity dome on until germination. I don't have any issues.
I come from an open source programming and digital art community where one doesn't have to ask for permission (permission is granted in the license and the wishes in it must be respected). This wiki is open source. If I was not "in the popular age," then what am I doing with open source? I...
You don't know IP law. I don't know what else to tell you. This is untrue. If you don't know who the IP owner is, then you should't use the image. You could be violating IP law by doing so and find out after they dmca you. Perhaps you should dig more for permission if you don't know who the...
NP. It's most likely a hybrid with capsicum annuum. I suspect there is c. frutescens but not sure. If there is, then it's a hybrid with at least 3 different species.
That's not how it works. You need to ask permission and then cite the source unless they don't care if you do. They own the image. And I won't allow the image I published in this wiki to be on profit sites (seed venders for example), so I will dmca them if they don't cooperate.
Edit: It also...
I lied and added a page for the pimenta de Neyde. I don't think it's a good idea to use images and descriptions found on the web. Those should all be replaced to respect others ip imo. Lots of us grow and take pictures, so we should be able to add original content.
Love the idea. I'll write when I have some more time. I was wondering if we could have a gallery at the bottom. I think wikipedia does this. There is a lot of variation, so it might be helpful to have a nice gallery at the bottom of the page.
I'm going to be growing both of these varieties (now the ambiguity interests me more). I plan to cross them with eximium for certain traits, then backcross to preserve eximium traits. Both baccatum and frutescens will work, but I don't know about an annuum hybrid of the two or less. Cabai Burung...
I wonder if an accidental cross (ornamental c. annuum x baccatum or frutescens) from a garden crossed with a wild pepper. Purple isn't a trait we find often in the wild. Where was this pepper found again? I think there is frutescens in the mix because people report the pepper falls off the calyx...
There is hardly a difference between c. annuum and c. frutescens flowers, but the purple really hints at c. annuum thrown in the mix.
"Numerous annuum cultivars display multiple flowers per node"
This isn't typical for c. annuum. If we can find a purple c. annuum with multiple nodes, we...
The longest I've waited was a little over a month for a capsicum galapagoense seed. It ended up dying on me after it germinated :( . I don't wait longer than 2 weeks for superhots. I would if I only had one seed of a variety left though.
