The inly thing I would have really liked would have for it to be wide enough to put a brew stand in there. If I ever do the complete electric brewery, the sink will be going out and be built into the stand so that zi can incorporate that space into the stand

Ok, I have no idea what you call this! This mead if 50% Honey and 50% Agave. It's got a pretty good flavor but is Way too sweet for my taste. [ If zi decide to do anything with this zi might just hit it with s good strong, hard working yeast.

Ozzy It was 12 Ounces. I added it to the secondary then racked over onto it. Yeast was Cote's De Blanc.    It's part of my Flaming Pumpkin, Pumpkin Ale. I'll post the recipe in my Beer Log when I get a few minutes.

Ozzy, I use it in one of my beers adding it to the secondary along with pitching a second yeast. Comes out so good!

This is from Tuesday, second treatment. Before After I can tell a difference in the 2 pictures. Last night was the third coat. I'll take a picture of it when I get home for lunch. I might go for 1 or 2 more coats but I'm unsure about doing 6 as they did.
