Glad you liked the Orange Blob, normally they are more gnarly and not so smooth :)

  Yeah pods ripen slower when its colder. You see it often when its end of season, pods take longer to ripen then they did during the summer.

Pimenta de Neyde is one of its parents, Ronan but that pod doesn't look ripe yet. They do take a while to ripen, but if it set early May... think you were close to ripening of. Are all the pods shaped like that? Looks like it reverted back to the mothershape :) The summer is pretty awful here...

Yeah we have very strong winds to this season (year even). It causes a lot of damage but luckily not to my plants as they are "inside".   Heatwave is over and I'm glad. Having 34C during the day ain't my definition of fun, Ronan ;)   Some more pics to share, made a small harvest from pods that...

That is depressing indeed but glad you got a greenhouse to get at least some heat. It's only July so things can get better the next couple months :)

Things are really lifting off now, Rick! Like you said, nothing beats eating the stuff you've grown at your garden this time of year :D

  That looks more like the Devils Tongue White. Trait of that strain is how the leaves tend to curl up easy like yours is. Also the immense amount of pods you get from it, had like 6-8 pods a cluster.

  Yeah it has finally cooled down a bit but we are still suffering drought here. I hardly have time to spend on the garden since most of the times I'm just watering. Guess your experiencing the same problem, Roberto?
