North part of Norway, just across from Senja. And no fjords, pure ocean

Update:

Noth much happening with the seedlings, some new ones popping up and some getting a tiny bit taller.

Started another tray 3x4 containing:
3xKashmiri Mirch (14/4)
3xPimenta Puma (14/4)
3xSugar Rush (14/4)
3xCheiro Roxa (14/4)

And made a tray for my cousin with 12 different chilis, put 2 seeds in each for him and hope he likes the selection

And been bored from watching chilies grow so i played with 2 of the older plants:

And another out of the window view:

The darkes part there is Senja.

The summer cant come soon enough!!!!

Congrats on the new starts and the popped ones. I see you've got a lot to do... and doing some "art stuff" with your big chilles

Beautiful land you live in... we drove in '06 somewhere close by... from Lofoten to Tromso and then further to Hammerfest... we stayed overnight in Hammerfest and decided to go for a beer... spent a lot of NOKs on a few rounds and the biggest beer was 4dcl :rolleyes:

Could't get drunk at all, but it was fun

Great grow list. Things look like they're coming along nicely. Some really nice pics of the plants and seedlings as well as the scenery. Maybe I missed it but which two plants are the ones that are tied down?

The one with the 3 are most likely Ot Hiem Do, seeds i took from the pods i bought at our local oriental store, said so on the package when i checked last time but not 100% sure

The other one is Peter chili, or so hope. Bought them on ebay when i was still a newb, like back in january

Since they both might be unkowns i dont mind playing with them and learn abit about pre shaping the plants til the stems solid up and eventually can experiment on them for bonsais

Thats really far north! Been thinking about going on a fishing trip to tromsö, but we haven''t done it yet. Hopefully we'll get there someday. Its quite a trip from stockholm.

Might have to start some over again as they are on day 24 and no hooks up :rolleyes:

And the notorious Pink Tiger still refuses to sprout! Did put some of them in the soil yesterday after prepping them in anti fungus thingy bob, also added some black nocturn (prolly a fake something that might tun out to be paprika)

Also might be getting my hands on a greenhouse for free if im lucky :fireball:

Can be a nice trip if you make it into a roadtrip trough norway

And a fast (tough boring scenery, no offence but there is alot of forest!) roadtrip if you drive most of the way rough Sweeden^^ Or just jump on the plane and bring a fishing pole!

Wow a month since last update.... well been busy tho

Plants are doing great, noticed that using the starter tray for the aerogarden beats normal starter trays (no suprise really). Repottet all the aerogarden plants at the 11th so that means they stayed in the AG for 1 month and where 3-4 times the size of their siblings of same variaty that where startet a week earlier on soil. Lesson learned? I do love the AG Startertray now (i disliked it earlier for some odd reason, dont ask)

Repotted all my "12s" trays and gave away 2 "12s" trays to a girl working at my store. Realized when i where about to repot them that i already had all of the 8 in the AG already and the AG ones where so much bigger!

Been pushing alot of the "spare" plants on other people working at the mall here, and the girls do seem to love the peter chili... so the new battleplant me and the healtstore girl have come up with is growing peter chilies to give as valentines gifts so single female friends! :dance:

Remembered to mark them with dates of how long they have been in the AG! Im getting better at marking! Still did find another chili plants on the shelf that had no name.... so..... growing it out to see!

Also, managed to convinse my better half to put up 2 shelfes in one of the livingroom windows for the plants (temp shelfes) and for some reason he didnt agree to do the same on the other two.....talking about wanting to be able to see the view... tried to tell him thats why we have a bench and a table on the balkony but he didnt budge... :rolleyes:

And lastly, I couldent help myself and started the AG starter tray again. This time with varaities that hadent sprouted and with ones i only had one of and or ones that where small just to see how big i can get them before repotting them

Will try to find time to update with some pictures later!

Cool species you're having. You really are not thinking about a small DIY greenhouse for over the summer ?? I know the nights are cold up there, but over the day you can get up to some decent temperatures...

Room? have no idea! as long as most of them are in solo cups ill be fine.... havent planned for when they need to be repotted up but think i might have a solution.....grafting! might reduce my number either by combining or by killing them acidentaly...
But seriously, im in over my head atm since alot of them have been downstairs and now we suddenly desided to redo most of the downstairs and i really need to find another option. Might have to harden some of the bigger ones off and get them outside or convert an upstairs bedroom into a temp plant room..... or both

Oh i am. Im waiting for confirmation weather i get a used greenhouse for free or next to free atm

Been depressing over the plants for the last month as i havent seen them growing at all....... then i saw some of my old photos:

Just found your glog! That's a seriously impressive list you have there. I overdid my first grow too, if only I had been smart enough to mix up the varieties more, now I have like 5 of the same type and no one seems to want to adopt supers, I wonder why. Since we're neighbours I'll be following your glog.

I have a lady here at the mall that would love to adopt supers so trying to figure out what one i have that is the hottest i got

Dont think i have gone overboard yet..... might change my mind in a few months tho!
