You're probably overwatering, looks like a fungus problem.  Also, that's probably not a reaper. try using some mycos and root enzyme like Sensizym and only water it when it wilts.     What soil are you using?  No perlite?  is it well draining?

I have had a couple of stable, correct pheno Reaper plants.  Actually I never had one that grew off pheno...which is amazing considering my original source.

I eat whole raw superhots, they're not bad as long as you have a stomach full of starches and grease.  Reapers are delish

Nope but I have a few that I probably should get tested.  $50 isn't too bad if I was a grower/vendor and actually wanted to know, but I haven't gotten to the point where it matters yet...I let my tongue do the testing.

I second the mycos treatment, the fungi do wonders for plants, especially in organic soil.  It's possible the BioBizz or whatever it is already has mycos but ideally adding more won't hurt anything

Not entirely true, when you grow enough of them you can tell after after a few weeks as a seedling what species it is.  The plant in the pictures is very obviously not a C. chinense at all, you can tell just by looking at the leaves.   You do have a very beautiful C. annuum growing though, looks...

I grew several wilds last year, most of them seem to be slow to germinate and slow to grow with the exception of CAP499 C. chacoense which grows like a pissed off banshee.  Patience is everything, and the less I mess with them the better they do.

Found this stuff locally.  In general the product is ok as far as flavor and heat and was reasonably priced and slightly better flavor than standard store bought big box brands.  I do have some concerns about the company's labeling and such but that isn't necessarily a reflection of the product...
