    Need a good blender

    I use an Oster which has a glass pitcher. Been thinking on a ninja but the ones I have seen have plastic pitchers or whatever you want to call it. I prefer glass so the capsaisin doesn't stay in the plastic.

    On making powders...

    I use the base of a blender and mason jars. Went on Amazon and picked up extra bases with blades for cheap. I recommend Oster since they use the square rod connect instead of the plastic gear type. All submersible.

    Making hot sauce with frozen pods

    Most of my sauces are made with frozen pods. I tried to keep them going fresh through the winter but for some reason being watered with snow doesn't do the same as summer rain.

    Ok first I must say nice crosses. I love the bleeding calynx, it is like the old pop up thermometers in turkeys, you know when it is done with just a quick look. Would love to see a fatalii with the "bleed"

    Banana peal will let of the needed ethylene. Even if color didn't start to change there may be a chance. As for viable seed, it is hard to say.

    1 BOC, multiple Cumari Du Para, a few Choc Scorp, a couple Brown Morougas, some White Bhuts, and the smooth blunt end brown ones are Brown Eggs     Enjoy Terry. Looks like you got alot of good heat on the 11th. :D
