Oh there is quite the pool of sauce makers here. You are looking for niche market stuff. Most will stick with what sells the most so heat will be lower. Check out reviews. They should guide you well. While I like the taste of the yellow 7pot some prefer the scorpion and that is the same with sauces.

Glad to see these still going. I have seed in my bank still and i also prefer the yellow strain. They have the fatalii flavor with the red savina back end while the red strain is just the opposite

Provided the seeds were completely ripe at harvest, the best way for immediate germination is in the soil. No need to dry

BTW they got here in great shape....all 4. They are out hardening now and will go in ground next week.

I did the direct sunlight for a little at a time thing the first year I hardened. Now they go in carport for a week with no direct sun, just ambient and the ever important UV rays that come with it. This Saturday they will go in full sun for good.

A couple years ago I planted the whole garden right from inside. A week of cloudy days followed. No burn. The next year, same thing, full bright sun for a week....death came fast. Then I learned about hardening.

I planted out and had a bird snippet a Hab to a eighth inch stub and it ended up producing like it wanted to repopulate the world.
