I finally have just ONE of my creaper plants setting a few pods...... Lo and Behold....here they are....likely going to be the smooth no tail variety.... all the baby pods on it look the same.... Later on i'll know for sure.......

Thanks Scott! This year has definately been a bigger challenge than previous years.   It's truly amazing the pests can survive here, even more incredible that they can thrive. I hadn't ever even seen an aphid here, until this year, and now its the aphid apocalypse!! But they are all dead now...

Yeah, they are certainly their own special category of evil....but they don't sick the lawyers on you for selling crops..... The whole thing just pisses me off.... I will never buy seeds from him....or ever buy seeds that came from him again.... I'll grow these Creapers this year, save seeds and...

I understand the expenses thing, but we all have expenses and families to feed... And the thing is....it is a food...people grow food and sell that food...to expect any different is foolish. Shoot... even Monsanto doesn't try to prevent people from selling their crops, or using them in prepared...

I also got mine from Joe. I have ordered seeds from him a few times. The bottom line is one order was missing a pack of seeds....he sent them out right away and included more freebies. Then the Reaper seeds I ordered from him didn't germinate well....I emailed him and he sent me another pack...

Interesting...but I got my seeds  from pepperjoe, and I just looked at his site and found no such restriction... So now my question Is can one guy impose this restriction via his website onto sales from an approved vendor who has no such restriction on his website???

I harden off on the porch...and then right into the direct sun...if they die, then they weren't going to survive the extreme summer temps and wind. No chlorine in our water here, we have a well.
