    Gigante de Los Incas

Beautiful plant, John!   Two seasons ago I grew a yellow C.pubescens.  I got two ripe fruit, but only by shuttling the plant in and out of the garage long after the cold would have claimed it.  What delicious peppers they were and I would love to grow pubes with some success.   This year, I grew...

My plant is teaming with peppers.  I tried one while still light green and did not really like the flavor.  They are now turning a dark cream color.   I recognize that this early in a cross that we could all have somewhat different peppers develop, however how are flavors of your peppers?

Fennel - anyone grow this ??

I grew two Italian Fennel plants this year.  The tallest is now about 4' 6".  I have enjoyed using some of the leaves but neither plant has produced a bulb, just a 1 inch thick stem.   What did I do wrong (or not do right)?

tepin x lemon drop (new f3s in the dirt)

Yes, James, the peppers above were the first to ripen this season.  I've been interested in growing my plant out to be considered stable and have a ways to go.  However, I have not isolated with netting(or other means of isolation) but have kept each generation a respectable distance from my...

What kind of tomato blight is this?

This stuff gets me every year too.  Plants are 6-7 feet tall and loaded with fruit - I get a couple ripe tomatoes, then the rest rot when the plants die. I trim off affected branches but find I can't get ahead of it.   Every year I say I'n not going to bother with toms - it's just too...

    Cape Cod Restaurants/"Baahs"

You live in New Haven but drive over to Cape Cod to eat a lot?  I assume you've been collecting meal pics for a while.   Of course, looking at all your food porn I can't blame you.  We're going to have to get there sometime.  That's a lot of fine looking food.  I suspect the area has Bar Harbor...

    Cape Cod Restaurants/"Baahs"

Thanks, Mike.     I'm looking over all this at the office, at the end of the day, before I go home - you are making me sooooo damn hungry!  All kinds of "YES" to that lobster roll - If I could click "Like This" more than once it would be done!   I'll get a link to this thread to my son.  He'll...

My older son will be honeymooning at Cape Cod come October (I tried to talk them into Bar Harbor where I know the lay of the land).     I'll mention Land Ho to him.  More places you'd recommend?
