    My peppers get aphids and broad mites. My tomatoes get leaf miners. I agree I do not see any shared pests/diseases between the two. Mine grow close together as well. gonna hijack this right quick and ask you how you deal with leaf miners?

I just soak my seeds for a few hours in h2o2 mix or diluted chamomile tea, then straight into the seed starting mix in small poly pots.     Why Grow Bags?

    Fabric grow bags have grown in popularity for how they force the root system to branch out instead of circulate. Also there is an increase in oxygen to the root zone through the fabric. I like them and use them myself. You can also use a smaller fabric pot in place of a bigger plastic pot or bucket.

    do they slurp it up in authentic style in our big cities (NY, LA, Chi?) ... if i slurped up ramen like in Mind of a Chef, here, someone would ask me to leave .... there are plenty of authentic places spread out in the bigger areas these days, some of it traditional and some is fusion.
