Yep. It's cold out. I had to work outside for most of the day. My cuticles are already all cracked and bloody, and winter is just getting started. Oh well...
The wife and I are staying in tonight.
Braised short ribs, king crab, sea scallops, (possibly a veggie), lots of beer, and a bottle of bubbly.

I've had some great oxtail at restaurants, but they are expensive to buy at the store. I just can't bring myself to pay ribeye money (per lb) for tails that are mostly bone and cartilage.
