We have been making allot of fish taco's lately. Anything from fresh halibut, striped bass and bluefin tuna to calico bass. Pics to follow next time we eat them. Bluefin was caught in So Cal and the bass and halibut in the SF Bay. Yum Yum. Oh yes and it was an all you can eat sashimi fest with...

If we remove heat from the equation and just focus on color we definitely can see the differences in taste between a green bell pepper, red, yellow, orange etc...... They each have their flavor differences. So there is a correlation between color and taste.    Thats my final answer.  :)

If you are looking for flavor then look no further than the Bacattum family of peppers. And you can get some decent heat and flavor all in one pepper. Also add Rocotto's into that mix. I think flavor gets thrown out the window when you start going above the scotch bonnet levels of heat.

Nice I just picked up a vertical one called Oklahoma Joes Bronco and I love it did a BRISKET yesterday and it was the bomb.

I've been using Vigora Avocado and Citrus Fert for the last 6 years. I get it at Home Depot.
