My friends and family are super paranoid about me buying and owning grow equipment. I'm briefed regularly on how the police are going to bust down my doors because only pot heads need grow equipment, lol. I always laugh at the idea because all they'd find is peppers, but some go so far as to...
I'd like to hear (read) some good names you've seen or came up with for Chili con carne.
I'll start (i'm sure few are actually original) :
Heat of 10,000 suns chili
Not hot chili (I promise) --- This was a lie

Some of my hydro pods tend to have that kerosene taste, but that could be that I got some of those pesky diesel varieties that have been floating around. Some of my soil bound pods have that same trait so I'm not wiling to sign off the hydros yet.
Sure thing, here's a couple I have saved - right now my lights are out so no picture until tomorrow. I trim them back about every 2-3 weeks and cool the room with a dedicated air conditioner.
Currently I have it in my southern facing window, but If it appears to be struggling, I'll move it into my grow room. I have two 1000W HPS bulbs running in that room for my hydro plants. That should be more than adequate should it get to that point.
I want the answer too. It doesn't really seem possible to stress hydro peppers. I grew them both ways this year and didn't really notice a difference in heat. Although my soil bound peppers seemed to have a little more fullness to the pods.
I've had a lot of success using an electric toothbrush on my plants, except I let the bristles actually touch inside the flower, but only briefly and lightly.
