shrimp tacos last night. shrimp were pan fried with butter and taco seasoning, homemade red cabbage slaw, sour cream/mayo splooge and jalapeno hot sauce. tortilla toasted both sides in a hot pan. cherry tomato/cuke and green olive Sally on the side.  best taco i had in a while.   :cheers:
