I like your point AJ. When it comes to science, Universities are the most reputable. And when it comes to Pepper science, no one beats CPI. To me the Moruga Scorpion is the hottest ever tested, I don't care what Guinness says. Also, the Moruga has an awesome flavour!

Arroz con Pollo, Sweet Datil, Grenada Seasoning, NuMex Suave...Just to name a few! Great peppers! :)

Probably Tobago Seasoning or similar, there's plenty of sweet, red and tasty Chinenses out there.
