I you could only choose 1 variety of tomato for each use - sauce/cooking and every day use (salads/sandwiches/other) - what would they be?

I've got Brazilian Starfish for my coming season. Can't wait to try one. After reading this thread, it sounds like only good things can come from it. :D

Update!   Triple coty Brazilian Starfish     Orange Hab's going well     This Rocoto San Isidro is a monster. It's loving the conditions it is in.     Same with this Canario     Mini Rocoto     O/W Choc Hab is going well     Still a bit bumpy in areas, but some new growth is looking better...

First Baccatum sprout is a triple coty!
