  Yeah, I'm pretty sure "Piment Bouc" from Haiti and "Goat Pepper" from The Bahamas are two different varieties...I got real interested in this a few years ago, and did a bit of research. All the photos I could find of the Haitian pepper showed red pods...Every variant of the Bahamian pepper...

  Eric, I had the extreme luck to travel to Pueblo last summer during the harvest season. My daughter took me to Musso Farms, on the St. Charles Mesa, where all the chile farms are. I'll post a video ASAP...
