Coupla racks of ribs and some sausage.  Pardon the lack of money shot.  Too damn hungry for pics.  Ribs went for 5 hrs at 225.  No wrapping at all.  I glazed them on the propane grill while I burnt some hot dogs for the kids.  The ribs were just bordering fall off the bone.  Good eatin'...

I don't have an opinion on the recipe.  But I do like the shape of that bottle.
