It depends. How hot can she eat? I prefer Scotch Bonnets, which are about as hot as a regular habanero. Red Squash's are pretty good as well. If you want to gie her a pepper that's even milder, you can maybe go with any of the Aji peppers, or even something like the Trinidad Perfume.

I wouldnt be in a hurry to grow those nasty things. They taste like a diaper with capsaicin.

I have some of that sauce in my fridge. lol I like it a lot. But, it just seems to me like it's nothing but some ketchup, some sugar, and some peppers. I could be wrong, but that's what it tastes like to ME.
