    Beatin the dead horse... pot size!

    I use 5-gallon buckets strictly. I have two 10-gallon buckets this season and only put two per bucket. The more you crowd them, the more it will hinder their growth.

    I usually keep pinching until they're about 2'. It may be a little too long to pinch, but it works for me.

    The general rule is 50 F. They can survive one or two nights in colder weather, but can't last long. It got down to 38 last night. My plants will be fine as long as it doesn't do it again. lol
