Supers aren't something you need a lot of. I normally freeze my extra supers. They loose texture, but are still great for cooking and saucing.

Making salsa can be hard on your back.

They do look a bit like a frutescens. Like a tabasco, or a purira.  Bit wider pod, wider bottom, and a blunter tip. As far as I know most of the thai's are Annuum though.

I've now stopped cooking the flour mixture before feeding. As I think the yeast is strong enough to be able to "compete"   Before feeding.     After feeding     It bubbles up nicely after each feed. Pretty soon I'll do my first test item.
