Not usually a fan of Southern Tier but this one is a fine damn drink...can't tell the ABV which is perfect and deadly.    That last 2SP was meh after having the Prairie stuff   2SP gets one more chance, got a limited bottle of their Russian Imperial Stout.

There are many peppers I don't just cut in half. 

Dehydrator works perfectly fine for them and on lower temps.

I won't even let my wife use my good knives since I have caught her cutting directly on granite SMH  :confused:

  For the record, those were just sitting there after cutting the onions. I do have several bamboo boards where most of my work occurs.    I will kindly accept some amazing wood butcher block boards if you want to send them my way...these kids cost a lot!

Scott at LDHS used them then went back to glass. He had lots of problems of the bottles sucking in if I recall. 

That is being kind, in fact most all beers in green bottles taste that way. 

  Usually pork belly or bacon. I prefer pork belly because I can grind it in the mix.
