Last year (my first year) I had four plants from Lowe's, this year I still had those four plants plus two dozen plants started from seeds. I officially have more pods than I know what to do with them! The seeds I started this year were six different varieties, and I grew out anywhere from two...
Getting a bit chilly here in Maryland, haven't checked the weather for the next few days but I definitely sense the fall weather is coming on strong...hopefully I can hold out til mid October...have to figure out which plants I'm overwintering still...
EDIT: low's appear to be in the mid 50's...
One batch of peppers (fatalii) out of the dehydrator, probably one more batch going in tomorrow. Other than that I'm thinking I'll try my hand at making another sauce and maybe a salsa? Pics will be up once I decide I've made enough!
I have an overabundance of peppers and no idea what to do with them all...10 quart sized mason jars and two quart sized ziplocs full...might be time to make some sauces and powders this weekend!
Another pod review! I sampled a mustard ghost picked from Bowers and Jim was going to have a really gnarly peach ghost. Unfortunately a few peppers I picked were beginning to rot inside, so it took us awhile to find him a pepper. I think it's a red barrackpore? If anyone knows what it is for...
Hello fellow pepperheads! I'm back with another review video, this time Jim and I take on the Jamaican Hot Chocolate habanero. Enjoy!

Beheaded two hornworms hanging around on my aji plants and left their carcasses hanging as a warning to any others that lurk nearby. In unrelated news, expect new video pod reviews in the next few days!
I'll almost definitely be back next year, again with the goal of meeting as many THP members as possible (maybe we should set up an area or put up a sign or wear nametags or something lol!) I have some relatives in northeast PA in Wilkes-Barre, nice little town but I prefer MD for pepper...
Another Baltimorean in attendance, fantastic! I look forward to meeting as many THP members as possible. My girlfriend and I will be in the fields first thing in the morning and the rest of the day shall be spent perusing pepper related wares and meeting pepper people. I can't wait!
hint...
Looks like a very small chance for storms tomorrow towards the evening, I'm not too worried about it. I have to decide if I'm going tomorrow or Saturday. While the weather makes it look like an obvious choice, if I go tomorrow it means my best friend that I just got into growing peppers...
Holy seed list Batman!

Atomic Starfish
Bahamian Goat
