just transplanted about half of the ghost plants from seed starter slots to there first pots and watered em in with some good fishy water hopin for some healthy plants
i was just out there today doing what u are talking about but i took an old string i found on the ground with nice frayed edges wet it just a bit and rubbed all the flowers with it neighbors and stuff might think we are weird but its a normal process here in the pepper world
i use it as a main componet in my garden but one bulldozer front end loader bucket for 5-10 dollars you cant find anything cheaper

i actually have 2 bags of top soil i never opened since i got this...
i knew it had those other microbes the soil likes too mostly whi i got it cus 5-1-1 is not really great but i know its about more than those 3 numbers
trying to get More pods this year than normal which isnt much per plant
so i should be using this in rotation with my other fertilizers too ,but i dont think i will ever get used to that smell but if it means more ,larger yielding crops i will bear it
might want to get some lights either landscape lighting or grow style lights and put that in the area when you plastic wrap keep em a few degrees warmer
or a make shift green house just build a cheap wood cube frame with wood and add the plastic and just slide the whole Box over the whole group...
i got a whole trailer load form the Mushroom farm locally for 5 BUX! loaded all my beds and have a Huge pile left over for my potting coming up, top soil is mostly filler dirt to me
ok so i have been hearing alot of people talking about it and using Alaska fish fertilizer. So while at home depot i picked up a bottle, never used it before this week. BUT MAN DOES IT STINK
i dont eat any kinda fish or seafood because i dont like the smell and this is like a old rotten...
so its been about about 2 weeks in half a bottle of ciroc still floating still red pepper and clear liquid,i want a tint of red in the "juice' so ill wait another week or 2
what causes this light brown skin on my peppers they are producing more pods like this too i need to stop it my top plant pictured has about 17 banana pepeprs on it and about 4 5 are getting the funky hard dry skin
plus the leaves look bad
gook luck on those seeds i NEVER had luck in that type of recycled material pots they dried out to fast for me i put 28 seeds down 1 poped up and died ,some people dont like them but i use egg cartons then scoop em out with a spoon a few weeks in, to a pot
