I had an 8 wired brewery brett ipa I did the same with last week.  Close to a tip out for liquid perfume flavours.... but it was one of only 2 beers in the house...

Fun is the casiss (blackcurrant vodka) required to make the biscuits...

Dough is made and chilling in the fridge..   The currants are left over from infusing vodka for 3 months to make cassis.  

Cooking weekend at Bumpers.    Doing a big batch of Oatmeal cookies with a twist.  Oat and pecan granola, with dark choc chips and vodka infused black currants...  Pics to follow.

Just into fall.

Nice job on the light stand Canes! Very tidy.  Thinking of doing a small recirculating hydro system for lettuce and herbs over winter, a rig like that is ideal.  

Just made some smoked red bhut jolokia jelly.  Delicious!!
