I am hooked.  First up:
 
Left over pulled pork
Left over corn cooked over coals
Fresh bbq and pasatta sauce
Mozerella cheese
Red onion 
Red capsicum

Fresh cooked chicken thighs marinated in chim-churri
Fresh made coriander pesto
Swirls of sweet chilli sauce

You need to make a Youtube video putting this together. Like a walk through. 
 
Cooking weekend at Bumpers. 
 
Doing a big batch of Oatmeal cookies with a twist.  Oat and pecan granola, with dark choc chips and vodka infused black currants...  Pics to follow.
 
Dough is made and chilling in the fridge..   The currants are left over from infusing vodka for 3 months to make cassis.

Got caught up packing down a 5 foot fish tank, curry bumped to next weekend.  
 
Pulled out the last sourdough pizza base this morning, even though it was in the fridge, it was on the other side of fermentation, so I would suggest the sweet spot is 72 hours for the dough recipe.  It was hard to handle, stretching created holes even gently. 
 
Not much to report, really nice white loaf, which delivered some tasty sandwiches of pulled pork (frozen last weekend) caramelised onions,  chilli bbq sauce and smoked gouda...  Otherwise Ange did a double batch of cannelloni  and much yard work was done this weekend.   Of interest, I bought a hygrostat and humidifier, to be delivered this week.  It means my brewing fridge can now do chacuterie.... pics to come...
