The great steak debate haha Admittedly would of been a little better possibly with less cooked band but this steak/wagyu would melt in you mouth however it was cooked

SV has lost its novelty on some things, I do like it still but also time is an issue, quicker to heat up the weber and a 5-10 cook time

6kg bone in pork shoulder in the weber for pulled pork sliders Got asked by a friend to BBQ for a party they were having. They made 60 or so sliders, no pics of that though, everyone supposedly loved it

I agree with THP about the whole smoking bbqing with entirely wood. The thing is, if the fire source/coals are not hotter enough or a decent bed the smoke created will be the bad tasting type. You can tell this by the color out the vents and the smell The smoke should be almost see through...

Haha I wish, im doing the renos ourselves with help from mum and dad, only thing we are not doing is the cabinet making and the stopping of plaster. But we are building, painting, tiling, hanging plaster etc. ourselves Stone bench tops go in tomorrow

Haha didn't even realise it was time again. Between bbqing and house renos I have no time left at all for much at the moment

Haven been around here lately, renovations take so much time, self levelling concrete in the kitchen, tiling, building a new laundry setup..... list goes on   Anyway, due to not having a kitchen im pumping out even more Q

They do look good, juicy I'm the opposite jhp, I can eat a heap of prom ribs only 1 or 2 beef though
