Ooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I love pork belly!!!!!!! :) I've gotta do one!!! Sounds fantastic how will it be prepared and served??

Tonight I have a piece that has been in a korean bbq marinade since yesterday that THP sent me. I'm going to slow cook on the weber around 225°F to render some fat then crisp it up at the end on some high heat.  I have a leek and potato soup simmering on the stove and will hit it with the magic stick in a few then top with some crispy pork belly to serve.

Glad you are finding uses for those sauces. That stuff is reallllly good.

Thanks again, looking forward to trying the rest of the stuff. The Korean bbq marinade was great, the pork belly was awesome. I also did a pork tenderloin using it, I don't eat that Shyte but everyone else said it was excellent.

You refuse pork tenderloin ...

You are getting painfully close to my making a thread for you ... FB's haughty haute thread ...

Give me pork belly any day over tenderloin. Really I eat very little pork, can't remember the last time I had a pork chop or ribs. Bacon, pork belly are my go to when I need a fix. But I'd slap my mama for a skin on rib chop..haha
