  Agreed. The plants know what it's doing. If it can't handle the flowers it'll drop 'em.  Newbies tend to baby their plants too much. As a newbie myself, I feel your pain. 

I also placed an order and Juanitos hooked me up with two extra SB7J plants...and my new pet slug LOL  :P  Would definately buy from him again. If you needed some last minute plants and you didn't order from Juanitos, you missed out! 

    According to the Fermenting Peppers 101 thread on this forum, " ...normal fermenters this should be in the 6 to 8 percent by weight range" I've also read/heard that the minimum of salt should be at least 3%. I can't seem to find the source for it. Perhaps I found this out through a youtube...
