I lost all my tollerance over the last few months of winter.. I was steadily hitting the superhot sauces, and I was getting a nice glow when I added them to meals.. The other day I got out a localy supplied fermented pepper sauce, had some on some chicken schnizel and WOW... Eyes were watering...

I have a very similar plant poding at the moment .. Have no idea what it is , was supposed to be "Mustard Hab" but the seed stock I got has thrown out about 4 different plants from the one batch so far so I'm thinking it was a typical "Scam" batch of odds and ends lol.. I have a few red Habanero plants that looks very similar.. Habs have a tendancy to throw out unusual shaped pods on a single plant that can throw you off what it is..   Red Savina habs can look similar - As can Australian Red Habs .. as can others.. Its very hard to narrow it down off one pod...

So is it a stable cross or still producing unknowns? I would assume some sort of Caramel like pod ?? Or a slightly gnarly yellow pod would be the aim of the pod ?

The Douglah and the 7 Pot Brown are often reffered to as the same pepper but a different Pheno (grew out differently) however I have found the douglah to be less flavourful and more bitter.   If your planning on cooking Douglahs especially in high quantities or by open heat ( fry pan / oven )...

Most 'Brown / Chocolate' Peppers are well used as they have good flavour, especialy for 'Powders' or 'smoked' products..
