Coming from Alberta as well i would highly recommend you grow in fabric pots with a good hydro nutrient. I use gh maxibloom start to finish. Organic just doesnt come close in our short season
Scotch brains would be my recommendation. One of the best peppers i have tasted yet.
The worst is choosing next years grow 700 diffetent varieties at home yet can only grow 50 or so
Momotaro is not tolerant to disease at all and seems to be the most common reason for people dropping it from their grow list.
Thats a crazy list with your peppers thats pretty much a full time job. If you want to send me some weird tomato seeds i can paypal you or return with pepper seeds
If you are measuring ppm start low. 400-600, can go up from there.
Dont start at 1200 like some do. Peppers generally dont like hot mixes.
