For people who pluck Flowers, when do you stop?

I think that's a real discretion call.  If you have a super healthy plant, it may be a different answer than if you have one that's struggling.  But if you were going to stop plucking flowers, ideally, it would be when the growing conditions are prime - i.e., when the warmest weather begins. (sometime around mid to late June for you)

They are all like 2-3 feet tall already. So super healthy just I don't think the light is enough(indoors) to grow full size fruit. I'm not sure if I would ideally allow fruits to start forming ahead of time or to just put them out in the sun and let nature take it's course.
