    I am preety sure it is due to overwatering. The pellets looked really dry and i was in a hurry so i added quite a lot of water with a glass. Anyhow fungus is on the soil and not on the seed. I'll let the pellets dry out slighly before rewatering again.

    Maggots/ worm type in Cow manure

    Update on the maggots. Turned out their were flies. Not sure what type. I can see many just buzzing around the plants. Very very tiny. Haven't been bitten yet so fingers crossed they might be common house flies.
