John, there is something different about the CAP 501 x Donne sali F1. The first thing is that the calyx on all the pods have 10 teeth. One long and one short. I asked everywhere for pics of their CAP 501 and every single one had 5 teeth and short. The calyx on this one looks thinner too...

Hey Rom, I can't say much about the disease. Like Annie said it does look like BER but never seen it on the side. Is it only certain plants specifically? Hope you can find the source of the problem, it's really sad to see all those pods go bad. -Walt
