I struggled to get a good photo of this flower, but it is from PI 439528 seed. Wayright very kindly sent me the seeds. It is labelled as C.baccatum var baccatum on the ARS-GRIN database, although there is no photo of the flower. It does say it was reclassified from C.baccatum var praetermissum...

Dang... Sooooo jelly... Like I said mine isn't doing much, but it's greening up again and growing. I guess I'll just pot it up and throw it outside. Lol... -Walt

Nice pics John! Those are amazing I see those similar root pouches. How many gallons are yours? I'm using 5 and so far a couple of plants (not Pubescens...) are taking on 100F + like nothing. One is even opening flowers. I guess the larger the root system the better they can handle the elements...

I'll post a pic of my Chuncho later... My season is pretty much "dormant" I had to pull my plants indoors because some showed signs of the same thing that killed my plants last year... I haven't updated my glog or been in here for a while now... I just hope things go better when temps cool down...
