Lance leaves growing in doubles. I haven't noticed that in other capsicum.
Hey John, I remembered you posting this about the Lance putting out leaves in doubles. I think my Lance is doing the same. This is one fun...
Here are a couple of pubes, they're coming in slow because I wasn't changing the water in the Aerogarden. I had a few set backs, but I'm sure these will be good when the weather cools down in about 4 months from now.
Y'all have a great week!

Looking good Portuge!! I been quite absent lately... Hope to see them all loaded ;).
I need to update my glog now, but there isn't much to update and temps are going nuts here. Today was 104F and it's gonna start climbing... Time to put my plan to work and just chill til the weather cools off...
I've already tasted a few of these. I have 2 plants and I really like #2. It has larger pods, and has the flavor of both parents pretty even and it's sweeter. Less seeds also which is a plus ;).
Plant #1. First pods looked way different than this. All the pods on it look like that.
Plant #2...
Hey Walt, plants are looking great. Maybe the seed issue has to do with them having been inside at first? Hm.. hope you get some seed.
Now, a couple of pics.

Naga King, still just small little pods, nothing really taking off yet:
Well actually...
Hey Charles I been absent for a while now... Been having some life issues and having to deal with nasty neighbors. So here's a small update on your crosses.
Tepin x 7 pot ripened a few pods. No seeds tho... Weird. And has lots of unripe pods still. I'll make sure I send you some when there's...
How do you like your chili?
Very nice John! I'm going to try growing Tovarii next season hopefully.
The chacoense/ frutescens cross has a flower opening and looks similar to that flower. I'll snap a pic of it this afternoon.

Looking good Jamie!
Never too late right? I sowed a couple of red manzano from store bought pods. Very tasty and about 1.5 inches in diameter.
In the cheat machine Lol!

Peach Bhut:
A couple of Shabu pods:
Overwintered C. chacoense about to flower:
Amazing as always!! I like the way the pods develop with the flowers still. Is that Chacoense the mother of this hybrid?
Making some progress here Charles, this one is developing fast and we should see...
Nah guys, check it out, this thing is literally withered at the base. Strangely though it is hanging in there! Even putting out its first true leaf! I think I will move it into a bigger home and just bury that stem and see how it fares.
Here it is the day after I found it (5/9)
And here...
Nice job Walt!
I really like that Tepin x 7 pot Barrackpore F2, such a beautiful plant!
Thanks Scott!! It's setting more pods now, hope it makes more before the heat. I sent Nigel a plant and he will be doing a review as soon as some of them ripen and of course there's gonna be some more to...
So it appears my guy that bent over at the base of the stem is hanging in there. Leaves have pointed themselves towards the sun.
What do you think? Should I bury the past is the stem that lies along the soil surface and hope roots sprout?
Stake it
Nice work! Your lance babies are getting big and tall. I still have some in dixie cups that are starting to get taller. One plant is staying so compact,it is crazy. It's like 1" tall but keeps getting more and more inner branching. 5 plants and all different habits. Very fun plant.
Thanks...
