    Moruga Welders 2017 Grow

That makes sense.  Sometimes I'll tell people around here, there's a ruling class... and we're not in it.     It's too bad, because a good gardener who is collecting rain water is doing more to help the land and recharge the water than hurt it.

Tridents Bonnet Set - Season 4

You know, now that you say that, it would be interesting to see what guys with one of those set ups could do with a plant in one of the grow challenges...

    Pulpiteer 2017 Grow Log

Thanks - it's happened with a lot of help from some good folks here.  The raised beds made a huge difference, as did the hot weather.     You're right - I really enjoy making different seasoning mixes with them because you can get some really good flavors and spice mixes that really go on...

    Moruga Welders 2017 Grow

Hey Frank, looks like your plants are coming along nicely! I'm glad Chuck said something about the rainwater in Colorado, as I thought I heard that years ago. Being in Michigan that blows my mind. And it seems like people saving rainwater are more likely to be environmentally conscious. I'm not...

    PaulG 2017

Hey Paul, good to catch up on your grow. Looks like you overcame the poor germination rates. Your plants look great. And those scorpions look like they ended up ok. Crazy that you got roots with just water! Good luck this season.

    Pulpiteer 2017 Grow Log

I did some sauces last year, and plan to do a few more with the ones I have frozen.   I sell pepper infused jam at the farmer's market in town, so I use some for that, as well as pepper infused Maple Syrup, but the syrup is running slow this year - it's been a weird winter.     I also sell dry...

    Pulpiteer 2017 Grow Log

Thanks guys!   We already have a flock of 6 hens and  a rooster outside, so we're going to have a few chickens.  These chicks are 6 different breeds, and I'm excited to see how they all turn out.       So I posted a video on youtube that I made several weeks back as a tour of the grow...

    Pulpiteer 2017 Grow Log

It's kind of hard to believe, but I'm starting my 6th year of glogging on this site.  It's been a great place, even thought I've not had the time for it the last couple of years.  So, I thought I'd leave a link here to my past glogs, mostly for my own use if I want to reference back to them...

Pulpiteer 2016 Grow Log - better late than never.

Thanks guys!    I picked the last few peppers that were not fried from the cold tonight.  We're supposed to get down to 27 degrees tonight, so everything will be completely gone by the morning.

Pulpiteer 2016 Grow Log - better late than never.

Thank you!      I'm still thinking through that.  I really did like the NeBru7's you sent.  They are a very nice pepper.  I also want to figure out if I have seed for the Yellow NagaBrains from Romy.  They are pretty hot, but what a very cool looking pod.  Oh, I think also the Aji Fantasy are...

    Shane's 2016 sort-of small grow log...

Love the growth of those big plants! Nice. And congrats on owning your home! The primos look great. Very cool. And what is that P. Onore? Looks like a Pubescens, right? Have you tried any yet?

Pulpiteer 2016 Grow Log - better late than never.

Thanks - yeah, I try to pay attention to what does well and where, and then you notice that different seasons with different levels of heat make them grow differently as well....  The tractor tires are working wonderfully, I'm really pleased with them.     Shane!  Great to hear from you...

I've been trying to figure out the best way for me to isolate seed.  Just put some organza bags in my Amazon shopping cart.  Looks like a winner.
