I got my box of peppers in from Buddy today, tore open the box and beheld the greatest sight known to a THP member, 35 peppers of different varieties. From what I could distinguish, there are 8, maybe as many as 10 different varieties. From what I could recognize, I saw a few Red Trinidad...

I think it looks really good, hope to see it on a store shelf near me. Speaking of, how much would you charge for a bottle once its ready? :D From all you've said, i'd love to try some. I think with the logo it will tie it all together nicely, the color pattern of the paper you're going to use...

Here's the bottle, got that nice apple juice hue to it. Can't wait to cook with it.
