Well I finally have an update to post. FINALLY got my replacement cord for the camera. I am going to post several pictures to show what a 250ppm foliar spray of GA3 did for me in a 10 day period. The first set will be pictures taken from June 20 and the second set will be photos from June 30...

For me I noticed that the Orange Habaneros have grown worse than all other chinense. They haven't got any fruit or anything but the plants look horrible compared to everything else and were grown under the same conditions.
