That said, enjoy your sourdough! I buy my heirloom cultures, I recently got a whole wheat sourdough (Desem) culture. Delicious. Biscuits made with it taste like Cheez-its somehow without cheese. nom nom. Muffins, rolls, you can even make delicious sourdough cookies. Gotta love cultured foods :)- Slizarus
