If they're showing above ground, definitely harvest them. When exposed to light, they start to get greenish skins, which you don't want. Dig up one plant to see where they are in terms of size.

Made garlic fried chicken and grilled potato salad. Trying to will my tomatoes to ripen.  Hauled in almost all my garlic. Planted 2 beds of beets, 1 of coriander.  Will plant another bed of cukes.  Ordered a new dehydrator (old one broke).
