Cooked to r/mr. To tough for me, sigh. Not a good cut. Served up in in a crusty white roll with diced red onion, extra squeeze of lemon and rough chopped spinach.

Paste of one clove garlic, 8 black peppercorns, 3 tbsp cilantro,1 tsp fish sauce, 1 dried thai chili, zest 1/4 lemon, juice half lemon. Pounded to a coarse paste in mortar and pestle.

I'd redo that meal by MR porterhouse on CI then rested, stir fry aromatics then veg, noodles cooked al dente like pasta, off the heat and toss in a large bowl, add finely sliced steak, add acids and salt to taste toss well and serve. Garnish with woteva.

One of my all time fav salad is 4 bean(Red kidney beans, baby lima beans, chick peas and butter beans) finely diced red onion, fine dice cherry tomato, fine dice mango, lime zest and juice, fine shredded mint, fine dice fav chilli and S&P. I like the look of yours too araawrar :)

You missed a category. Roast chicken stuffed with eggs and served with egg and chicken gravy. On a bed of deep fried chicken skin and egg yolk sauce.
