I'm glad you liked it. I've been trying to include a taste so people can get a idea of them. The times I've gotten seeds at THP, I really appreciated when there was a little taste included. On a related note, If there are seeds in your sample, they may not be as viable as the loose seeds...

That sounds about right on average. Though the peppers all grew hanging down, even while still just flowers for the most part. I'm told most goat-weeds have at least some that grow upwards.

With the cell damage caused by freezing, I wouldn't ship unless you can keep them frozen. As far as drying, I'm told it works out fine, but this is my first year and I haven't tried it myself yet. In the meantime keep an eye out for yardsales. A lot of people who buy dehydrators like the idea...

If I was looking to buy one, I'd definitely find a better grinder than a McCormick. But this was free since it was saved from a near future trip to the trash heap.
