thanks :) yup those little peppers are tabasco peppers. you know what .. i went home yesterday and tasted my sauce again.. the heat was tolerate-able and i like it :) so i am not going to add anything to mesh up the heat that it has :) hehehe

can anyone tell me what is this yellow spots on the pepper leafs ? and the leafs drops after a while. this is happening to my assam bhut! :(( ( i was thinking leaf spot bacterial ) some leafs got spot burns and some does not.
hmmm the last thing i sprayed on it was neem oil+ soap...
i found this growing around my garden. it has leafs like pepper plant. and its fruit is purple/black in colour when ripe.
do you know what is the name of this plant? (sorry for the crappy picture - phone camera and its was windy)
ok this is my second attempt at making the hot sauce.. this time using even hotter peppers.! Assam bhuts. what an experience! this is that i put in the mesh which i blended. after that i cooked it about 25 minutes added some apple cider vinegar ,salt and olive oil.
after cooking it and cooling...
update of my peppers.. after the heat wave we had here and then some continuous rain.. it has effected all my plants. yellowing of leafs and leaf drops. aphids came and has been destroyed.hehe hmm signs of ladybugs among my pepper plants shows some promise.(sorry for crappy pics- phone camera)...

if you get the prawns fresh.. :) use a high heat fryer so that the prawns can be taken out quickly. Prawns don't need to be fried long to get cooked. then you will get it juicy and sweet :)

you should keep some backup. get some cutting and put them in water. these mulberry's are quite easy to propagate by cuttings. the bigger part can be cut replanted with some rooting powders. it looks like a crown rot. hope fully it can recover from that. good luck.
damm its has been fours hours since deseeding my assam bhuts and my fingers are still burning even after washing many times . i can put my thumb in my mouth now and feel some heat. hehehe
