Blister I made it last week after finding the peppercorns and I personally didn't like the flavor,I think I was a bit heavy handed or perhaps I should have powdered them.Or BOTH!I'd love to hear your technique it sure lookes good!

I grew those last year,they were first out of the gate and had so many pods on it almost split.Very productive and can handle a chill.You shoud set them out for some sun on warmer days.

Blister,did you use the sichuan peppercorns?They add a nice numbing effect...a little of that chili garlic paste helps also!
