it's not a hybrid (at least not since the 70's when it was cultivated by NMSU). Seeds are definitely fine to save. Even for peppers that are hybrids, that wouldn't deter me from saving seeds and growing it out if I liked it.

yes leave them out. we have a few brief periods coming that might hit 10 but that's nothing to cause concern and it'll only be for an hour or two. Definitely nothing to worry about.

you got the picture of the monsto yellow up! That plant is huge and especially in person you really get to appreciate the size of that thing...grown indoors too. And no sign of it stopping! Truly amazing. That freaky red bhut is really cool too.

that's good spacing wickedmojo. they will overlap eventually but still a good amount of space to make the roots and plant happy. mine are set apart about the same distance (looks about 2 feet right?). a lot of nice colored leaves too. would like to see the new pics!
